Horrible prices and customer service (especially that old lady) Im surprised this place is still open to be honest!

Good, but way too expensive. Only come when necessary otherwise I prefer American Sales which 2x cheaper.
I called these guys 3 times , 3 days jut too have them come for service. A female told me that they will call me back within 10 min. Nobody called the whole day. I called again the next day . She answered and appologized cause the guy named Terry haven't called me back yet but he will do that as soon as he comes in at 10 am. 3-4 hrs later I called again and finally got ahold of this ,apparently most wanted and busy guy named Terry . I felt he wanted to get rid of me quick and asked for 250$ just to come and "inspect". Everybody else is offering free estimates or resonable prices like60$ or 80$. No, they want 250$ just to come and "inspect ". They are rude and their prices are obscene. Do yourself a favor and Find someone decent , not this business.
These guys are great hassle free I had no problems with them coming out and giving me an estimate for my above ground pool which was damaged from a garage fire they understood my problem very easy to deal with.They came out the next day !
