I check for a location that could look at my car radio and possibly fix it. I called and Sal answered the phone I explained what I was looking for he said "Of course, come in right away I am available!" FIRST RED FLAG...
Sal and his team did a great job with a subwoofer installation. Highly recommended
Sal and Luis were amazing with the customer service. I had my old faulty double din radio replaced with a new radio and they did a stupendous job. That price was very fair and was worth the time saved. Sal did a good job explaining as the project went on with updates.
Highly recommend this place to everyone. They did excellent work and I’m loving the new sound system! Sal was extremely awesome to work with and super helpful. Great job guys!
Sal called me back obviously with having caller ID since I never gave anyone my phone number. Saying my boss must be so happy to have an employee that will work for free.
Sal is and his techs are professional they take good care of your car and there work looks Factory when they are done. I have had several cars and they have installed 3 radios for me. I recommend them for all your car stereo needs.
Then she was advised that there was a $65.00 fee to just look at it....funny that was never mentioned.
I took time to write longer review because I feel Sal and Luis deserved it and work to get returning clients.
BEWARE of these people....this is how I was treated today!
Then I called and talk to the manager Lewis and said that I could callback and talk to Sal. I told him it was not a way to run a business and should be upfront with there fees.
They promised the job would take an hour and from start to finish was complete in 35 minutes! Definitely will be coming back here for other car projects!
So my daughter arrived in 15 minutes at 11am, and was told Sal was at lunch.
